On the Brink with Andi Simon

Feb 19, 2019

Listen now as Michelle Turman teaches us how to bring about innovative change to maintain growth!

Are you thinking about starting your own business? Maybe you're looking around the one you're in and want to run yours with better organizational skills? Are you “On the Brink” of launching a new venture that is truly a reflection of your passions? Whatever your situation, perhaps it is time to meet and learn from Michelle Turman: author, woman entrepreneur, business owner, consultant, change strategist. Michelle is a really special lady and I heartily invite you to listen in!

Shifting from inside-out to outside-in

Michelle ThurmanMichelle Turman has been a leader in the nonprofit world for much of her career. Recently, she shifted her focus from working inside organizations to launching her own entrepreneurial business, Catalyst Consulting Services, to expand her reach and more widely impact businesses in need of help with change management.

As we discuss in this podcast, Michelle wants you and your business to continue to grow and thrive in fast-changing times. Sounds familiar, I am sure! (As culture change experts, that's what we do, too.)

Her company helps organizations do just that by coming inside as a consultative outsource solution provider. Her people work with your key decision-makers to facilitate the positive changes needed to keep your nonprofit growing to the next level, whatever that might be.

Wearing many hats, all at the same time

As any business leader knows, it's hard to envision your organization’s purpose, raise the funding for it, run the daily operations, hire and retain staff, maintain growth and encourage innovative thinking. But as you listen to our conversation, you will hear a range of great ideas that Michelle is providing to help you do just that. The power of the mentor is just one of them. But you will learn a great deal more.

If you like this podcast, listen to Michelle’s earlier one with us  in April 2018: "Achieving Your Great Success, Now."
